There are two roles in Access Academy: Learner and Client Manager.
A Learner can take courses, micro-learning modules and resources and track their progress through their transcript (by going to the profile icon>Transcript).
A Client Manager can run and view 4 library reports and also build custom reports. In addition, a client manager can upload users either via bulk import (via a CSV upload) or they can upload users learner-by-learner.
