What will happen on the day that we are moved over to this new Access Academy experience?
Our full Access Academy launch occurred on May 23, 2022 at 9PM EST.
Depending on how you log in, you should have been notified one of two ways:
(1) If you manually log in today (meaning, you do not go to our AMP product first), you should have received an invitation to Access Academy. The email will look similar to the email shown below.
Welcome to Access Academy! We're excited to help you get started on your accessibility journey. Please select the "Accept Invite" button below. You will then be prompted to change your password. The Access Academy dashboard will load and contain all your learning items.

(2) If you log in via our AMP product, your organization was moved over to Access Academy on May 23, 2022. On this date, the current "University" button in AMP was renamed to "Academy" and the URL changed to point to the new Access Academy. In other words, your users do not need to do a thing. When they select the Academy button in AMP, they will automatically land on the new Access Academy dashboard.
What happens to our historical completion data from the old Access University?
Your Customer Success Manager will provide you with a full historical report that contains all user completion data over the lifetime of your use of the product. All users will start fresh in Access Academy.
Will I be able to run reports or receive reports via email regarding usage across my organization?
Yes. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager and let them know who should have privileges to run reports in Access Academy. We'll make sure that you have the appropriate permissions to do so. If you prefer to have reports sent to you, we can also set up automatic usage dashboards and have them sent to members on your team.
Will I still have access to all of the courses that I previously had access to in Access University?
Our team of accessibility experts and instructional designers have completely revamped our current course catalog and made it available on a more modern, interactive user interface. As of May 23, 2022 we have 32 of our 43 courses readily available. The remaining courses are being released on a weekly basis with all 43 courses online by June 6, 2022.
How do I register for Premium Live Training Events? Will it be similar to how I did it in Access University?
It's even easier in Access Academy. If your license allows you to attend Premium Live Training events, the Premium Live Training Calendar will be in your course catalog. We will also feature the next four upcoming live training events in promotional spots on your main dashboard. You can register directly from your dashboard or the Live Training Calendar just as you do today. What's even better is that our new platform integrates with Zoom, so the attendance data from Live Training events will show up in your learner usage reports in Access Academy.
What if something looks broken or I don't see courses that I think I should see?

Will I be able to see my transcript and see how far along I'm coming with my training?
Yes. To view your transcript, simply navigate to your profile icon in the top, right-hand corner of the screen and go to Profile>Transcript. Your transcript will load right on the screen for you.
If you'd like to see how many training items you have available to you, we have a Dashboard Stats widget right at the top of your dashboard. The dashboard stats widget keeps you updated on your accessibility learning journey, showing the number of learning items you have available to you, the number you have started, the number you have completed and the number of collaborations you have participated in.
