Dashboards Overview

AMP contains a few different dashboards that provide users with an overview of organizations, assets and reports, and also give users access to resources available for each of those entities in the system.

When a user first logs in to AMP they will be placed on the Organization Dashboard for their primary organization in AMP.

Widgets

Default Widgets

All dashboards contain a set of fixed, navigational widgets at the top. These widgets cannot be modified nor removed from the dashboards. A default set of widgets appear beneath the fixed widgets to provide users with summary data about the object they are reviewing. These widgets, such as Overall Compliance, can be removed, re-added, and moved to different positions on the dashboards.

Modifying Dashboard Widgets

Adding New Widgets

To add new widgets to a dashboard, select the Add Widget button in the upper right corner of every dashboard.

When this button is selected, a modal window will open allowing the user to select the widget they wish to add to the dashboard. This window will also have an option for the user to return the dashboard to the default state.

Removing Widgets and Modifying Their Position

Widgets all have options in the upper right corner of their header bar to allow users to modify their location on the dashboard.

To remove a widget from the dashboard, select the "X" button in the upper right corner of the widget.

To modify the position of a widget on the dashboard, select the gear button in the upper right corner of the widget. A set of arrows will appear in the middle of the widget, obscuring the contents of the widget. Use these arrows to move the widget to the left or right, changing it's position on the dashboard. When the widget is in the desired position on the dashboard, select the Finished button to save the re-positioning.
