Updates to Level Access Support, Advisor Support and AMP Support

Did you know that in August 2022, Level Access and eSSENTIAL Accessibility merged into one company? We have worked tirelessly to become one Level Access and provide our customers with the best possible experience.

We are excited to announce that as of April 1st, 2023, we have a single unified support model. For all future support needs (Product, Accessibility Services, and more), the starting place for your customer experience will be at https://client.levelaccess.com.   Here you can find articles, help documentation, FAQs, and support and service request forms.

Support and service requests made before April 1st, 2023 will remain in the legacy support channel.  You can find your legacy service-related support tickets (i.e., Advisor, Advisor Unlimited) at https://helpdesk.levelaccess.com and find your legacy product-related support tickets, at https://support.levelaccess.com.

 There will be no significant changes to legacy eSSENTIAL Accessibility customers but you will notice the URL change from https://wcag.zendesk.com to https://client.levelaccess.com.

We understand that this might be inconvenient, but over time we will be migrating everything relevant to the new and improved support hub at https://client.levelaccess.com

I have been working with eSSENTIAL Accessibility, where do I see the history for my requests?

I am used to emailing advisor@levelaccess.com or support@levelaccess.com when I need something. What happens to those emails?

Those emails will continue to be an access point into our various support processes; however, all the data will be stored and accessible through https://client.levelaccess.com moving forward. Anything emailed before April 1st, 2023, will be accessible in the above locations.

Where can I find information about products and services?

I am use to filling out a form to submit my Access Advisor ticket.  How do I do that now?

Go to the new https://client.levelaccess.com and click the link on the top right called Submit a Request.  Upon landing on the support and services page https://client.levelaccess.com/hc/en-us/requests/new select the option named "Advisor Services Support"
