Testing with Access Assistant requires an active AMP instance. If there isn't an active AMP instance we allow users to login to AMP directly from the toolbar (unless the AMP instance has SSO enabled). However, a logout button has been omitted to prevent users from unintentionally logging out of their AMP instance and losing any active work, such as entering manual testing or use case testing notes.
